The Lauer Building

The Event Center has plenty of versatile space, 4,000 square feet, and two restrooms. The space is like a blank canvas ready for your party's color and décor. 

Use of the  Event Center requires a walk down one flight of stairs. 

The maximum capacity is 125,  notify us if you will have more than 49 people in attendance at one time so an additional exit can be opened.

Audiovisual equipment is available:  digital projector, a wall-height projection screen, speakers, internet access, and dry-erase boards

Kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, pizza oven, coffee maker, punch bowl, and serving utensils.  A private area is available for caterer food preparation.

Ten 30” x 72” tables, 45  folding chairs,  a  living room seating area  and additional coffee tables and bar stools.

Black tablecloths are available for a nominal fee.

The Lauer Building Event Center is a great place to host your next family gathering, birthday party, baby or bridal shower, or business event. 

Full-day rental is $170.00

Access The Lauer Building Event Center at the rear of the building. A spacious public parking lot is conveniently located just across the alley from the building.
